About Us

Heaven Casey is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach from the Institute For Integrative Nutrition in New York, NY who has a Pharmacy Technician license from American Career College in Anaheim, CA. She graduated with honors and perfect attendance, after went to get her CPhT nationally. She thought she would be doing the world good by working in the medical field and helping people get their health on track via western medicine. When she saw that it was just a place where people were pushing drugs and handing them to patients without actually curing them, she began to think a little. It all hit her when her Stepfather was going through hospice care in her childhood home and she saw how the nurses were treating her father and just giving him pills to ease the pain without actually curing his dementia, Alzheimer’s, and stage four bone cancer that metastasized into the spine which lead to his unfortunate death, it all made sense to her even more. She was in an industry and went to school for something entirely different than she thought it was, it didn’t really cure the people she was wanting to help at all.

She found different alternatives through and to medicine via holistic and eastern medicine and then she herself was diagnosed with Autoimmune Disease, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Vestibular Migraines, and is a Cancer survivor and is getting through her health issues with grace, wellness from within, and nutrition. She is living proof that you can have health issues and not need to rely on western medicines approach but rather the food on your plate and the wellness in her life to make her the best version she can be for the people around her.

Her business mission is to make her make her clients feel heard, to make them feel like their health and life concerns are acknowledged. She wants her clients to know they are being handled with the upmost care, what her clients are feeling regarding their life are valid, validated, and they matter to her!
